Barkguard Review: Is This Anti-Bark Device Worth Buying?

If your dog’s barking is driving you crazy or upsetting your neighbors, you might be thinking about trying Barkguard.

This device claims to stop constant barking using harmless sound waves.

But does it really work, or is it just another product that doesn’t live up to the hype?

In this review, we’ll see if Barkguard delivers what it promises. Keep reading to decide if it’s the right choice for you.

    What is Barkguard?

Barkguard is an anti-bark device that uses ultrasonic sound waves to stop dogs from barking too much.

These sound waves are annoying to dogs but don’t hurt them.

The device can be used both inside and outside and works up to 16 feet away.

It’s made for people who are tired of their dogs barking all the time at home or in the neighborhood.

Barkguard is easy to use. It has a sensor, speaker, battery light, and a USB port for charging.

According to the company, it offers a gentle way to control barking without being harsh on the dog.

The device costs $69.99, which isn’t cheap, but you can get discounts if you buy more than one.

Barkguard is popular, especially in Australia, where dog owners say it helps with barking problems.

    Our Review

Barkguard sounds like a great idea, but does it really work?

Many users say it helps reduce barking, especially after their dogs hear the sound a few times.

The device is small and easy to carry, so you can use it anywhere in the house or even on trips.

If you’re looking for a gentle way to train your dog, this might be a good choice.

    However, there are some downsides.

Some people said it didn’t work as well with bigger or stubborn dogs. Smaller dogs responded better, but some bigger dogs just ignored it after a while.

Also, the 16-foot range might not be enough if you want to use it in large areas like a big yard.

Another issue is the price. While Barkguard is easy to use and claims to be gentle, it’s more expensive than other similar products.

Whether it’s worth the money depends on how well it works for your dog.

What to Do If You Get Scamme?

If you’re worried about scams when buying Barkguard online, it’s good to be careful.

Make sure you’re buying from a trusted website by checking reviews, looking for a secure site (SSL), and seeing if there’s clear contact info.

If you do get scammed, here’s what to do:

    1. Call Your Bank: If you paid with a credit card, contact your bank right away to dispute the charge and ask for a refund.
    2. Report the Scam: Report the website to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or a similar agency in your country.
    3. Warn Others: Post a review or warning online to help others avoid getting scammed.
    4. Change Passwords: If you shared personal info, change your passwords to protect yourself from identity theft.

Taking these steps quickly can help protect your money and personal information.
