LY.com Flights Review: Scam or Not?

Booking flights online is usually convenient, but with LY.com, many travelers have faced serious problems.

People have shared stories about misleading bookings and poor customer service on this popular flight platform.

In this review, we’ll look at whether LY.com is a scam or just a bad choice.

    What is LY.com?

LY.com, also called TravelGo, is a Chinese travel agency that offers flight and hotel bookings. It claims to offer easy bookings and good prices.

However, many customers say they face issues, like not getting e-tickets on time or being charged too much.

Some even had flights rescheduled or canceled without warning, and others had charges made without their permission.

Getting help or refunds is difficult, making users question if LY.com is trustworthy.

    Our Review

After seeing so much negative feedback, it’s hard to recommend LY.com. One big issue is the misleading pricing.

Some customers booked flights only to have them switched to more expensive options without notice.

One person booked a flight with Qatar Airways but was switched to Malaysian Airlines, and then Singapore Airlines, with tickets arriving just hours before the flight.

The company offered a refund but insisted on payment methods the customer couldn’t use, causing more delays.

Another major complaint is customer service. Many people say they didn’t get answers when they needed to cancel or change flights.

There is no international help, and most support is in Chinese. Refunds, if given, are often late or incomplete.

One customer even missed their flight due to a last-minute time change, and LY.com didn’t help at all.

Based on these stories, LY.com seems too risky for booking flights.

What to Do If You Get Scammed

If LY.com has charged you unfairly or hasn’t delivered the service you paid for, take these steps:

    1. Contact your bank or credit card company right away. Many credit cards offer protection against fraud, and they might help you get a refund.
    2. Keep all documents related to your booking—emails, receipts, and screenshots. This proof will help when disputing charges with your bank or reporting LY.com to consumer protection agencies.
    3. Share your experience online through reviews or social media to warn others. The more people know, the less likely they’ll fall for the same issues.
